Solution: Even the best formulas of eyeliner have no match against slightly oily eyelids. Your eyeshadow rubs away, your eyeliner flakes off, and even your waterproof mascara smudges under your eyes. This horrible dilemma can be solved with the simplest product. Eyeshadow Primer. Primers lock in the moisture so that your eye make-up lasts all day and is also more vibrant! The imfamous Urban Decay Primer Potion is what I use, but for a drugstore product I'd buy the L'Oreal De-Crease Eyeshadow Base. It's about $9 at Walgreens but a little of it goes a long way.
