    • If you don't know whether or not you're cool toned, look at the veins in your wrist, if they look blue, you’re cool toned, if greenish you're warm toned
    • If you want the appearance of larger eyes, put on your first coat of mascara, and then put another coat on, but only on the outer upper lashes.
    • if you have eye makeup mess up, just dip a q-tip in your moisturizer, and wipe away the mess
    • When you're washing your face in the morning be sure to splash cold water on your skin for about 10 seconds, this will bring blood flow to your face, and it'll look more radiant.
    • Then using a sponge or cloth, press your face gently with warm water so that your pores will open up and your moisturizer will work its best.
    • If you have dry chapped lips, take an old tooth brush, put a little Vaseline on it, and rub it gently on your lips to exfoliate the dead skin cells.
    • If you have a longer face, only apply blush on the apples of your cheeks, do not fan it to your temples
    • If you have a wide face fan upwards.
    • If you want a slimmer face, arch your eyebrows, and if you want to look younger then have them thicker.
    • Apply your blush higher on the apples of your cheeks to give yourself an automatic facelift
    • Apply moisturizer when your skin is damp from toning or the shower to lock in as much moisture as possible
    • If you have close set eyes emphasize the eye makeup in your outer edges.
    • If you have wide set eyes emphasize less on outer edges and more in the inner corners
    • To hide fine lines us a light reflecting concealer, this will reflect light away from your lines
    • If you want fuller lips, apply your lip gloss in a downward motion to give a 3D effect.
    • If you forgot your blush, use your lipstick, apply with your finger
    • If you forgot your foundation, put some of your powder into your moisturizer and mix
    • If you tend to get acne on one side of your face only, it's probably your phone, so be sure to clean it frequently and change old pillow cases
    • After applying your make up, use a large powder puff to buff your face, this will decrease shine and won't make your face too powdery
    • If your eyes are tired, or you want them to look brighter, use a white eyeliner on your waterline, and if this looks too harsh, use a skin toned color.
    • You can use chilled natural yogurt as a facial mask for about 10-30 minutes, this will sooth, refresh, absorbs excess oil, fights bacteria and makes your pores look smaller
    • You can use eye drops to not only make your eyes brighter and more white, but also on emergency spot treatments, it'll decrease the swelling, and will take away redness.
    • Frothing egg whites and putting it on under your eyes will tighten pores, and egg yolk is a great skin softener.
    • Olive oil is great for removing make up and also a great hair conditioner
    • Having plants like a cactus in your room can soak up a lot of the pollution from the outside that often dulls your skin
    • Remember to exfoliate twice a week to remove dead skin cells
    • If your skin is looking too cakey, use a spray bottle with water and spray it on your face, then pat the excess away with a sponge
    • Wearing rosier lipstick will make your teeth appear whiter
